To get inspired and get news, what are the future trends in Startups & IT-Tech business, we were at the LeWeb conference middle of December 2014 for 3 days in Paris. This event is one of the most inspirering & innovational conference which takes place in France since 2003, started by the 2 founders Loic and Geraldine Le Meur. They live between San Francisco and Paris since years and bring startup people, trendsetters and tech companies together at their conference. But what has this to do with our HR & Headhunting business? Well, we are in a very competitive market and our clients expect excellence in recruiting from us as well as being informed about future trends which influence the HR business and people management.
At Talentor we combine this proven oldschool workflows with new future tools & trends we can learn from all industries. Being in consultant industry means to have the bic picture about all industries you cover, but focus there, where it’s needed to do a fast and excellent job. We can learn a lot from relevant industries and trends and bring this trends into our daily work.
Companies like about.me start to focus on the personal branding, which get’s more and more important to individuals. Having a web presence which shows also your social media skills and followers get’s more important than a single oldschool resume, showing nothing about this. There are some trends for example which say, let’s replace the resume with a recorded video resume and a website about the candidate. Big Data and algorhythmisms will help us in future to get more information about the applicant and his willingness to change his job or it know, when you going to quit your job (sometimes before you know). Fitness apps collect data from us about our fitness, which will be in future also relevant for insurances and HR departments to make decisions about employee performance, etc pp.

An other ad on is the networking thing of such a conference, because you can meet a lot of tech and startup ceo’s and people live and in person at lunch, coffeebreaks and the party, which took place at the Moulin Rouge and it’s alsways nice to talk to innovative thinkers, you know only from Mashable, Venture Beat and Techchrunch. So in future we will observe and adopt trends from conferences fast to deliver the best performance to our clients. We understand recruiting the new way and we prepare our clients for the millennial workforce, by our innovative selection process.

This is a Manifesto of Generic Advertising from the last 5 years, the generic Breadhunter Ad Campaign as Coffee-Table-Art-Book from November 2017. It's not an important book, but it's essential, if you are sick of the generic marketing campaigns everywhere on social media and in print.

Baby-Boomer, Generation X und Millennials, der einzige Unterschied ist der Fokus, gespielt haben alle

Guten Morgen, hier nun die letzten Gedankenspiele zu diesem Thema, dann sind wir glaube ich durch damit. Wie die Überschrift schon sagt, unterscheidet diese 3 Gruppen eigentlich nur der Fokus, sowie vielleicht die technischen Möglichkeiten, der Spiel und Spassfaktor war und ist der gleiche, nur eben mit und ohen Social Media. Ich denke, um diese 3 Arten zu verstehen und was sie bewegt, ist es wichtig sich nochmal die jeweiligen Zeiten ins Gedächtnis zu rufen, als diese 3 Gruppen zwischen 20 und 30 waren. Dann wird ganz klar, dass diese Zeiterscheinungen unterschiedliche Ziele hatten, die alle mindestens so viel Spass gemacht haben, wie das Gründen eines Startups, nur erreicht letzteres seit einiger Zeit die größte Beachtung, weil es mit Arbeit zu tun hat und wichtiger erscheint, als vielleicht die Trends und Ziele der Baby-Boomer und Generation X.
